We were all told that the ACCN would give us more games

and maybe it's true for Olympic sports, but as far as men's basketball and football, we may actually see less games if those games are no longer on local TV (Raycom's ACC Saturday football game at 12:30) and ACCMBB games on local TV channels (formerly with Raycom or Fox Sports). I don't know if we'll still be able to watch some ACC men's basketball and football games on our regional sports networks (MASN and Comcast/NBC Sports Net)? I'm sure that ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU and ABC will show ACC football and men's basketball games. Right now, WRIC-8 in Richmond and Direct TV are having a dispute, there has been no TV-8 since July 4th on D-TV, so if this disputes continues, D-TV viewers in the Richmond area may not be watching any college football on ABC. The Richmond channel 65 dispute lasted something like 4 months and I didn't see hardly any of the Raycom ACC football games last fall.

The ACCN thing reminds me of when my company got a new owner. Everyone was excited about the new benefits and so on. I remember sitting down with my new boss and he said that he was giving me a raise. That sounded good until he told me that I was losing 1 weeks vacation and had to pay more into my health insurance. After adding and subtracting, I was still making the same amount as I was with my former company owner. That's how I feel about the ACCN.
