Crew with largest bar tab wins the cup. First place so far is over $16k

“While the Haulin N Ballin may be leading the White Marlin Open with its massive 465.5-pound blue marlin, the crew of the Goin In Deep is leading the field in the Teaser's Cup, a local bar tab competition.

Sunset Grille Manager Patty Pace in Ocean City confirmed to Delmarva Now that the crew did spend $16,175.24 at the restaurant.

Pace said the Goin In Deep's tab is the largest so far this week. However, this isn't the first time this fishing crew has racked up a hefty bar tab. In 2017 the Goin In Deep crew paid out a $20,550.05 bar tab.
