#31 ranking is inflated

By the # of incoming recruits (16, now that 1 signed a pro contract). Avg PG ranking score for each 2019 VT recruit is only 3.75. By contrast, #33 Maryland has an avg player ranking of 4.92 but has just 12 incoming recruits so is lower ranked as an overall incoming class.

VT also has 0 top 100 recruits - much like years past
