Probably well over 30...

..lived down there about 10 yrs. and pretty much went back for JF the next 20 yrs. after I moved back to Va. As far as I'm concerned Mardi Gras is the poor cousin of JF. Too many groups to list , but did get to see SRV there. Unfortunately , Father time and some poor health put that annual excursion on hiatus since 2010.
