I think he has a plan that works for him...


Especially when he gets the players he wants in his system. From the looks of his former rosters, he likes guards and wings who can all create and shoot, forwards who are athletic and can dribble and pass, and 1 post player who can play with his back to the basket.

Honestly there's not a ton of the above on the current roster, and those that DO fit that criteria are young...talented, yes, but young...even J-Rob, Chris Clarke and KBJ had their share of bumps in their freshman year.

Bamisile is pretty much the best player to fit into MYs system. He can be a playmaker and he can shoot the ball very well. The biggest things for him will be offensively how well he reads screens and his "want to" defensively.

I guess what I'm getting at is his Xs and Os dont matter a whole lot in year 1 with a roster that isnt going to be the best fit for his system. They just need to build a foundation and understand its a long journey with some very fun benefits when you learn how to play within it
