Not really. Verizon FIOS is not a bit player

They had two weeks before the first FB games on Aug 28 - aTm vs. SCar and Temple vs. Vandy.

FIOS reached agreement on Aug 21... one week after launch... but before the FB games.

Let's see what happens before the first ACCN FB game on 08/29/2019. Missing the first week of UNC and Duke love is no biggie.
