but neither of them were leaders. Emery would just decide to lead herself (take control of the game herself) but she never lead the team. Magarity was never comfortable leading the team. This team's roster belongs totally to Kenny and his staff. No more Dennis Wolff players. Dara Mabrey will be our leader. She will see time at PG and SG, she's now a combo guard. I don't know how much time King will see at the point, but I agree that next season she'll challenge Mabrey for that position. It's risky putting a true freshman at PG, especially in a conference like the ACC. I think success comes down to team chemistry. I like our guards and I like our front court depth. The keys will be how well Taja Cole adapts to Kenny's offense and how well Rivers and Sheppard play. I'm 100% comfortable with Mabrey and Baptiste. Our new found size should replace Magarity's rebounding. Like I said in my first post, that's the main reason Rivers was recruited as a graduate transfer. Liz Kitley will be a star for us, maybe slightly better than Magarity. I'm sticking with Geiman as my surprise player. I could be 100% wrong. She's coming in a bit underrated. She's played in a competitive AAU league in Baltimore and she had a nice offer list for someone coming out of Southwestern H.S. in Hanover, PA. Her athleticism (played 3 sports in high school), basketball IQ, and coachability intrigue me.
