... one of my concerns about Willis and his Kansas background all along has been that he comes from a losing culture, and sometimes it is hard to overcome that.
Is he solely responsible for the losses? - of course not. But when you are looked at to be the senior leader of a team, and you have a history of losing games, it can shake a team's confidence.
I think Ryan is a talented player, but too often it seems like he is forcing things wishing for something good to happen instead of confidently making something good happen.
