Very much want him to succeed but he needs to make some adjustments in strategy and personnel to be successful. Frank, hard as it was to do so, made those adjustments after his 5th or 6th season. Fu needs to follow that model; if so, I think he'll take off; if not he'll be in trouble this season and next season.
