My behavior was a little different. The playback button in the middle of

the screen had a circle around it with a line through it. I do not recall getting any error codes. I was on a chat with ESPN support on Wednesday, and it appeared it was fixed while I was chatting with them. I would contact their support (so at least they know you are having an issue).
