few issues with AT&T fiber in Wake Co NC, and I was able to watch TV coverage all through Dorian last week, whereas my DirecTV would have given me "signal loss" all through that rain event.

At least you gave it a shot, got them to reduce your rate, and have watched the ACCN throughout, so doing what's best for you and your fam is all that matters.
