Oh, it was my birthday as is today.

At end of week by Friday, planes still not flying so we split up rental cars and we all headed back home. One car went from Boston to Chicago to Lincoln, Nebraska to San Diego.

I was in the car that went from Boston to Philly to DC to Richmond Airport where I dropped off the car. I then drove home to the Northern Neck. My day drive started at 6am and ended at mid night. It was a real surreal drive with all the flags on the over passes.

The following Tues, I was on a plane to Canada. I had a choice to not fly, but there was no way in hell they were going to win and I hit the air as soon as I could.
