The 1999 VT Hokies. No real high rankings the previous 4 years.


I could throw in other Tech teams that final rankings far exceeded recruiting rankings, not to mention others.

If recruiting rankings meant anything, Duke would have a few more basketball championships, Necktucky, too.

Damn, ask a tougher question next time.
