It was a Firestone store. What is odd, I've always had pretty . . .

good experience with all of them, from NOVA to Hilton Head, I've had things come up where they took care of me.

It just goes to show, it is the people, not the company. I need to get my brakes looked at on another vehicle. I'll take it to a Firestone store about 2 miles away from this one.

The sad thing is, this particular store was fine in the past, but not now.
