Received e-mail from the ticket office this morning (9/17/19) regarding this season's basketball tickets -- purchase, seat selection, parking. Because all the information was about activities already completed, I called the ticket office. Was told the email was sent out in error, and "No, the ticket office will not be sending out a corrected email."
