Question


I don't think Virginia would ever consider going tuition-fee or anything similar to other states.
Across the state level I think that tuition freezes were what Va. did in the past?

I remember William and Mary "caps/freezes" tuition under some program

The reason I mentioned Uva was those are discussions about it.

Not sure what the **actual** average family income is in parts of Nova/DMV area
