I have clearly never been a supporter at another college athletic program, but the lack of attention to detail from top to bottom in the organization speaks to a larger issue. If you continue to screw things up for your supporters, with ticket issues, account issues, press release issues, etc. it shows a lack of taking care of the small things.

I have to wonder if the real “big time programs” have some of the recurring small issues that we have, and thus maybe don’t have the big issues.

And yes, it is relatable to the CJF issue does a guy that hadn’t proved himself at the P5 level deserve a buyout that is clearly in his favor now, with little that the AD can do to make a change without huge financial ramifications to the entire program.
