Overlooking, ignorant to, or blind to, something along those lines. And I’m not trying to pick a fight, I just think it’s actually your view that is overly shortsighted, not the reverse.

But to each their own, your point re pure impatient jumping the gun panic and reaction have a place, I just don’t think this is that. I think the concern is real, legit, and needs to be corrected ASAP. Just waaaaay too many red flags all over to pretend otherwise IMO - and more popping up as the attention and digging grows.

I’m not saying this is the be all, but ignoring the ‘99 team is so ridiculous it’s scary to think the leader is this disconnected. Literally takes 30 seconds to just say hello for goodness sake - only the best team in program history. The reports from behind the bench, not even saying hi to a key guy like Dax in the hallway (I mean, what?), the inconsistent recruiting, the terrible assistant hires, very poor roster management, weak teams pushed all over the field on both sides, zero run game, having no QB, no identity, (as supposed gurus who were hired specifically to do this), the list honestly goes on and on.

And if you want to talk about $ then let’s not pretend like the 4mil per is a drop in the bucket. It’s yr 4 - this is a business, and as such this isn’t a little bump in the road, this is what you see before a collapse. Inaction could literally sink this program into yrs of oblivion, which will cost this U mega long term.

Hard decisions need to be made - this isn’t the time to sit on hands, or to rely only on hope. This is when leadership is required to ACT and right a sinking ship, before its lost in the abyss.

Alas, only my opinion though of course, good to have both sides represented, helps everyone be better. Or three as the saying goes if we count the truth / reality lol :D
