He is a "my way or the highway" kind of guy. Traditionally a lot of coaches have been that guy. Trouble is that the highway is readily accessible now and every player has someone whispering in his ear that he should go elsewhere. Saban can get away with it because he can continuously reload with great players - Fuente can't. I'm not sure that he is the type to mold lower ranked guys into a team the way that Bronco seems to have either.

In fairness, some of the quitting, if that what it is needs to be addressed by the players. We don't seem to have many team leaders though and I don't think we can blame Fuente for that.
