Hiring and firing someone mid season is a dumpster fire


But I’m 100% on board with ODU’s DC as our next. He’s not the best we can get, but is the best to fit our current situation. We want a good DC, who is cheap, who will coach under a hot seat coach, and who will put up immediate results. That guy is David Blackwell
