I don't think Willis is a bad QB whatsoever.... but I do think he was a bad


fit for our offense. I know Hooker pushed Willis in the offseason, but he must not have shown enough in practice. Some kids just shine in games more! He started off with some over throws, I'm sure from nerves & adrenaline, but calmed down nicely and showed he CAN throw a deep ball.

What is striking is how have the right type of QB REALLY opened up the offense!

I guess CJF didn't want to put Hooker in a bad spot in the 2nd half when we went conservative, but he stepped up everytime Miami got close! And it opened up McClease & the TE's.

We have a long way to go! But as long as we play with passion, we have a high ceiling to improve! We have to bring it EVERY week though!
