Although I only met Seth once (at the PIT in
Portsmouth), I agree with you wholeheartedly. I thought he was a very, very good coach. His graduation rate was good, and he seemed to always take care of his players (i.e., Calloway, death of Coleman's father, etc). He pushed his kids hard, but he seemed to have a sincere affections for his team members.
I'm a native Virginian, but worked in NYC for eight years with the federal government. My wife is from Long Island (I married up). I agree with you about SWVA being a different culture than NYC. However, after working there for eight years, I really like New Yorkers. Some people call them blunt, I call them candid.
