RE in the burg has been expensive for a long time. They ain't making


more land. Keep in mind that just a few miles out of the burg you are in areas that have infrastructure issues. So limited land means higher prices. But you can go east of the burg into the middle of VA and buy thousands of acres for $100/ acre. location, location, location
