That house represents a person who has more money than he knows ...


... what to do with.

A) Way too much money to sink into a house in B'burg area.
B) Not very attractive house
C) And all along knowing you would not be in the area very long.

If Brent had been smart, he would have had a house constructed that closer to the going market in B'burg area, and had one designed that looked better. I can understand the desire to have a regulation size basketball court if I were a bball coach.
