It's just listing results


So it allows you to apply an artificial line to games to test your confidence on picks.

For example:
If you take the away favs and apply a blanket spread of -9.5 to all the games, you can see which ones you are comfortable with picking. Then pick those favorites to cover, no matter what their actual spread is. You still have to make the picks based on your own analysis, but it gives you a second line of defense to check your work.
