First time user - did the "steam" cycle to see if it worked, then...

...put the chili into the pot and selected "Chili" and "normal" (the default setting). Came back after ~30 minutes to find that message. I popped the top, and nothing looked out of the ordinary, so I reinstalled it and reset it to make chili. It seemed to work the second time.
