Short answer - it hasn't


the former owners' insurance company got involved and decided they weren't going to pay up and are playing hardball with us in litigation. Probably going to have to drop the case because I can't afford to keep paying my attorney, especially since there's apparently no guarantee we'll get that money back even if we won. It's ridiculous that you can only avail yourself of the justice system if you can afford it.
