Being as objective as I can
The roughing penalty on Adams was garbage. I understand the NFL has put in a practically no touch policy to protect their bottom line...keeping frchise QBS on the field. I didn't think college football has, but there seems to be a copycat effect.
Anyone questioning targeting is deemed a behind the times numbskull. But I have disagreed with numerous ejections. Waller led with his shoulder. Helmets contacted, but they do on almost every football play. I think the replay guy should look for launching with the crown of the helmet and let the others go. One thing is for sure, these contaversial "safety" calls are here to stay.
Random observation: Terious Wheatley made two of the most heads up return man decisions I have ever seen. Wasn't even aware of the rule when you can lay out of bounds and touch an in bounds ball to force the penalty. And lots of composure to let that kickoff roll into the end zone when most would panic.
