I prefer Hulu, they have much more content beyond live TV


one thing to think about when cord cutting is that you can change how you look at TV. With a streaming service you don't worry about recording live TV to watch later, you just watch whatever you want when you want to.

youtube makes you record it if you want to watch it where with Hulu, once it's been broadcast you can watch it...in other words the DVR feature is not necessary because pretty much everything has been recorded other than live sporting events.

other than that, biggest difference is channel lineup and the two offer about 80% the same.
