Given his height is listed at 6'0.5" (which may not even be accurate)

I am not sure he has the skills to overcome his height disadvantage and be a P5 QB. It wouldn't surprise me if UF, GT, NC State, UNC, and Tenn all want him to play a different position in college and he is not too keen on the idea. At least that could explain his lack of offers besides the possibility "he just isn't good enough to play DI-FBS football."
