1 staff in that building clearly has all the recruiting advantages in the world (2nd only to PSU).

I think its safe say the other team had a staff full of better coaches.

Have always thought the Buckeyes could recruit like crazy, but haven't been that great at developing their guys.

Tomasello, Myles Martin, both Jordans, all pretty much peaked their 1st or 2nd years and never really improved much beyond that.
