I have no clue. They moved in, had the fence put in, then were gone

I would guess gone for 8 months or so. Then we saw them back for a week. Then they were gone again.

I have a working theory that a church owns it and uses it as a flop house for missionaries. There appears to be a different family (with the exception of an elderly gentleman who moved in with the original family) with different cars from a different state. The fence may be for the elderly fellow.
