Bourbon recomendations


Long time beer snob, have decided to back off beer mostly because I'm kind of bored with it.

Decided to give bourbon a try and after watching a great documentary about it learned a trick to quickly determine the right water mix to suit your taste. Not interested in replacing the empty carbs of beer with the empty carbs of mixers. Bought some gentleman jack and am becoming a big fan.

OK bourbon snobs....how about some recommendations on good ones to try.
