The delta is entirely from playing Delaware instead of ECU. The rest of the schedule is the same as it is pretty much every season. Unless you think ECU, who finished the season 4-8 with 2 1-AA wins and a win over 2-10 UConn, was going to beat VT and add another loss instead of a win over Delaware, it was essentially a non-factor.
