He can find/recruit really high basketball IQ kids who are willing to


work hard on defense. It's honestly a culture thing. He won't allow egos to take over. He suspended Sylven Landesberg for skipping art class (if I remember correctly). He cut Austin Nichols who was a crucial piece.
