It was our first game without 5 in the lineup so the offense for us was completely out of sorts, but the staff was much more focused on the defensive effort. I can't say whether or not it was just an attempt to spin the win after a decidedly bad offensive performance, but the staff was really upbeat in the locker room after the game. State missed their first few shots but after that they felt that we really locked them up defensively. The team was down after the game but the staff was practically giddy.
