Not my area of expertise, but I don’t get your point

Noun: a person to whom property or power is entrusted for the benefit of another.

Adjective: of, based on, or in the nature of trust and confidence.

A coach doesn’t have the fiduciary responsibility to act in the interest of the school that pays him to act for them? When he acts in a way that may harm recruiting for that school or other members of his staff, isn’t that a violation of his fiduciary responsibility to that school?

Isn’t a father entrusted to act in ways that benefit his son?
