Met Kyle Sarazin - spent a good time chatting with him Friday night. WOW, that guy is impressive. He is the Director of Player Development and is basically the Moneyball Jonah Hill for the VT baseball team. The data driven approach that he shared was just spectacular. This is not your daddy's baseball anymore. My kid has a relentless grind - and he came away from this weekend with an even hotter fire to get better. Loving the direction of this program...
