Fuente harped on evaluating recruits when he was hired:
"When you sign a guy and everybody is excited about him on signing day, and he's no longer with the team in two years, you did not do your program any good," Justin Fuente.

Currently, VT is leading the ACC with 30 players transferring the last 2 years - that's 1/3 of the roster! That's not doing the program any good, per Fuente.

And bringing in the worst ranked recruiting class in VT history to replace them. Some say the ranking is only bad because it was a small class...Then why not sign a few more commits knowing 15+/- players are transferring??

Last year Fuente had Kumah hosting recruits on an official visit in December, then Kumah transfers two weeks later!
Makes me wonder if Fu had Hazleton host Roche this year?

Just because Fu didn't leave for Baylor shouldn't give him a pass on the obvious problems.
