Does the ACC have a rule about preseason scouting?

Can the VT coaching staff scout FSU while down there, or no? I mean they can obviously be recording the game on tv, but was curious. I remember the SEC used to (or still has?) a rule that they couldn’t scout conference teams while at these preseason tournaments.
