Disagree. Rates are darn near the floor. Maybe another .25 to float down


but in terms of what is possible we are near it today unless the fed goes to negative interest rates which is possible if things get totally crazy but I think that is unlikely. My 2 cents and I have definitely been wrong before. I starting a refinance today btw.
