Martin Travel emailed tonight saying the NCAA hotel is offering refunds.
I had booked a package with them for Minneapolis. I cancelled last week due to work schedule issues and they were thankfully able to get a refund from the hotel -- which I found somewhat surprising since the package was non-refundable. (In case you booked with them and didn't get that email, you should contact them by Friday morning.)
On airlines, Delta has apparently updated their policies and are eliminating change fees on itineraries flying in March and April (both domestic and international). It sounds like I'll be getting credit towards a future flight. I'm guessing other airlines probably are or will be doing something similar.
I presume somebody is going to refund the tickets -- not sure if it will be the VTTO or otherwise.
