So based on those numbers, it was 0.02% fatal. COVID-19 is 1-3% fatal.


Those just aren't even comparable numbers.

If an entire stadium of 50K people got H1N1, you would expect 10 deaths. You could get that many just from drunk drivers on the way home.

If the entire stadium of 50K people got COVID-19, you would expect between 500 and 1500 deaths. That's a lot.
