I would imagine that...

IF they do extend eligibility, they would offer scholarship exemptions. Basically that you get to maintain whatever scholarship you had for one more year and it does not factor in to the 9.9 scholarships each team gets.

The real problem is all the non-scholarship programs. How can those students possibly afford another year?
