Odd # of games is ....odd


Will all teams of the same conference get the same number of home games? Like the entire AFC gets 9 home/8 away and the entire NFC gets 8 home/9 away? And then flip flop every year.
Otherwise within each conference, there would be some unfairness.

I've always been in favor of an 18 week schedule with still keeping it at 16 games. 2 bye weeks, and you only play Thursdays when coming off a bye week to avoid playing two games too closely together.
