Apparently there is no longer a restriction when transferring within the conference as long as guidelines are met. Which means she would be eligible immediately for ND. She wouldn't have to sit out. That change of rules very possibly just killed our program and any other program that don't normally get high level recruits. That gives kids basically no reason to actually commit somewhere fully when they can leave when they feel like it and not even have to take a year to sit out.
