Zero chance that is true.

At the earliest, we might start seeing a return to normalcy in about 3-4 weeks. But it'll be at least summer before things are mostly back to normal. And that's an optimist scenario.

With even odds, I would bank on at least a delay this football season. Basketball and hockey will not return this season.
