So you're saying that those that did not distance will increase the spread?


I get that not everyone can stay home and not everyone took the guidelines seriously. I just can't see how those people can spread it faster than everyone else did in the weeks prior to distancing.

Maybe I need to map this out with paper and pencil. Just doesn't make fundamental sense to me.
