$200K is the cutoff for married people


It phases out at $150K and ends completely at $200K.

I'm not too thrilled with the flat cutoff - for a few reasons. For one, if you have your job and are in no threat of losing it, then you don't need a payment at all. Give more to the people who lost their jobs. And $200K in NOVA is a heckuva lot different from $200K in Blacksburg.
