Sam is similar in that he could be the type to really thrive in a college room as well. Has an all-out style. There is some belief that he could be 174 as well (or 184 or 197). Got to find his comfortable weight. Everyone knows it, but the weight loss can really suck the life and energy - and fun out of for these guys. DMF mentions it in a recent Flo article. Most people have no idea what these young men go through - the commitment and sacrifices are truly unreal. VT has had recent cases of burning out their last year. Sol Chisko, Epperly - and even DMF to some extent this year (he mentioned having to make the weight every week toward the end of the year was tough) - all come to mind. Oh yeah and they are young adults trying to go to college and figure out life. Truly remarkable. And DMF was probably already my favorite VT wrestler of all-time but his interview on Flo on Wed is just awesome (no I’m not plugging Flo - just great to hear DMF)!
